Head of Operations, Timber Frame Manufacturer

Our client is a leading construction group in Ireland and they are looking to hire a Head of Operations for their offsite Timber Frame Manufacturing business. This role will be critical in ensuring the profitability of a multi-million Euro division of this industry leading organisation.

The Role

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion.

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.

• Drive business development efforts, identifying and pursuing new opportunities and markets.

• Manage financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation to meet and exceed targets.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

The Person

• Proven experience as a senior leadership role in manufacturing or construction with full P&L remit.

• Strong understanding of timber frame manufacturing processes and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and profitability.
