  • Building collaborative and productive relationships with HR colleagues in the rest of the Group to drive the delivery of the people strategy.
  • Designing and implementing local and global people initiatives aligned to the agreed people strategy.
  • Supporting the annual Talent Review process for both functions working in conjunction with HR colleagues globally.
  • Working closely with colleagues in functions such as Reward, Learning & Development and Talent Management to leverage their input and expertise to support the design and delivery of key people initiatives and annual processes.
  • Designing and implementing initiatives to enhance line manager capability across the spectrum of people processes and practices.
