A global healthcare organisation with operations across the country are currently seeking to hire a HR Business Partner to join their well-established team to support and partner a populated fast paced unit focusing on best practice HR delivery.
As the HR Business Partner, reporting and working closely with the HR Director, you will partner with various senior stakeholders across a multisite environment. You will have responsibility for the HR strategy and operations including change management, project management, recruitment, employee relations learning and development, compensation and benefits and performance management practices.
Ideally you will have 5+ years' experience in a fast paced environment, hold a third level degree in a HR discipline and a CIPD qualification is preferred. You will operate best practice HR, possess a high level of knowledge in HR legislation, have the ability to quickly establish and maintain rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders and manage ongoing relationships effectively. Experience with ER is essential.
