HR Business Partner

Our client, an international health, life and disability insurance service providing health and protection services to global clients are currently developing their Human Resource team in Dublin and seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their fast-paced matrix organisation at a time of change, transformation and growth.

As the HR Business Partner, you will have responsibility for a range of operational and strategic initiatives in line with the HR agenda and strategy, these will include;

  • Supporting the organisation on all employee relations and case management issues, including complex and high-profile cases and providing expert advice on employment legislation and ensure compliance with employment legislation in relevant jurisdictions.
  • Proactively deliver timely and accurate management information to support HR processes and procedures and to identify future improvement projects.
  • Partner with other areas of the business to deliver HR services and interventions including Talent Acquisition and Talent Management teams.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and work streams and balance HR operational activities across the business.

The ideal candidate for this critical role in the business will have at least 5 years in a similar position and have a background of working in a fast-paced, multi-national, matrix environment.

You will also have experience in supporting a diverse range of stakeholders and showcase your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You will demonstrate a strong ER background and have experience in partnering with senior leaders and heads of functions to ensure high level HR service delivery.

A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is required, an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and a qualified member of CIPD is also necessary.
