My client, a Global Leader operating exclusively within a niche pharmaceutical sector are currently seeking to hire an experienced HR Business Partner to join their growing team on a permanent basis. This newly created position is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their career within a rapidly growing organisation and work closely with the HR Director on strategic projects.
Your core responsibilities as HR Business Partner will be:
You must have 7+ years HR experience within a generalist HR role with at least 2 of those years at a Senior Generalist/ Business Partner level. You must also have a degree in HR Management or related qualification with CIPD accreditation is required. You must be able to demonstrate best practice in all HR principles with focus on Talent Management and Acquisition. You will have the ability to work with senior and executive management and build long lasting effective relationships within the business. You will also have a proven track record in working successfully within a fast paced environment.
