Our client, a large commercial bank, are currently seeking to hire a new HR Management Consultant to join their team to work collaboratively within the HR function. The consultant will partner with the business to manage and deliver large and complex change projects at a time of considerable transformation. Acting as a role model, you will provide guidance, mentorship and advice to the HR colleagues and the wider business to ensure solutions are implemented effectively and efficiently.
As the HR Management Consultant, you will proactively diagnose business requirements and use organisational knowledge to recommend options and solutions to stakeholders that are best aligned to business objectives. You will manage and deliver within a project management framework HR developments in the areas of talent management, employee engagement, succession planning, reward and recognition and change programmes. You will build collaborative relationships cross functionally to deliver projects on time within budget.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree, preferably CIPD and previous consultancy experience would be extremely beneficial. You will be able to display substantial experience in a wide range of HR projects and possess solid project management skills. Evidence of strong diagnostic skills, demonstrating the ability to request, generate and analyse specific information in order to help diagnose issues and make appropriate recommendations is important. You will also be an excellent communicator with a high level of influencing, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
