HRM Search Partners have partnered exclusively with this leading IT & Security organisation which comprises of over 400 employees across Ireland, UK and the U.S. The successful candidate will provide strategic and tactical HR support in all aspects of HR across the Ireland and UK business, comprising circa 160 employees. Reporting the to the HR Director based in the US they will work closely with the SLT in Ireland and the UK to ensure best in class service is delivered for its hardworking, skilled and dedicated workforce

The Role:

  • Manage the day-to-day business partnerships ensuring delivery of HR objectives and solutions in line with the business strategy.
  • Manage, coach and develop the HR Generalist.
  • Support with strategic projects across the business, such as developing and executing initiatives across the employee journey to drive high performing teams and foster programs to support the organisational culture; collaborate with the Finance department.
  • Lead talent management, recruitment succession and resource planning for the company.
  • Coach and support managers in the application of HR policies and best practices; drive the employee engagement agenda.
  • Reporting on HR metrics and programs at group SLT meetings.
  • Partner with the US HR team on Group HR Projects and initiatives.

The Person

  • 5 years plus experience in a HR Business Partner or HR Manager position and is ideally seeking an interim 12 month role they can commit to.
  • Enjoys working as a player/manager - can think strategically whilst providing hands-on and a practical support.
  • Is analytical - can utilise data to drive initiatives and can feedback to the SLT on trends within the organisation.
