Our client is an international fast-growing food company and have recently gone through transformational expansion in their two Irish sites. With a requirement to develop an integrated people strategy to support the goals, objectives and values of the organisation, we are hiring a new HR Manager who will act as the professional lead in providing strategic HR leadership across the site.
Sitting on the Plant Leadership Team, the HR Manager will establish and maintain a professional and collaborative relationship with senior managers across the site, including cluster and divisional teams. Developing the HR Strategy to deliver best in class HR services, there will be responsibility and focus on Recruitment and Retention, Engagement, Performance Management, Training and Development and Wellbeing. As well as this, you will lead the HR team and ensure they are able to deliver efficiently and effectively to the business.
To be considered for this role, you will hold a degree in Human Resources or a related discipline and be fully accredited with CIPD. You will also have a minimum if 5 years' experience at HR Manager level and have worked as part of the senior leadership team to deliver the business strategy. Experience of working within a fast paced, matrixed environment with strong influencing and organisational skills is important to have to be successful in this role.
