As the HR Manager with this leading business, you will have responsibility for HR excellence through HR Transformation, Employee Engagement, Leadership Development, Performance Management and Training and Development at a time of significant and diversified change. This opportunity is best suited to a HR professional with a high level of change management knowledge within a fast moving customer environment with a mix of strategic and operational Human Resource experience.
To consider this incredible HR Manager opportunity, you will have a relevant degree and be a member of CIPD, hold at least 7+ years’ experience in a challenging HR role, have a proven track record of consistently driving results and have a positive, can-do attitude displaying a high level of enthusiasm, commitment and motivation.
