A world leading electronic manufacturing organisation are seeking to hire a new HR Manager for their Dublin North location to support a start-up environment operationally and strategically through the design, planning and implementation of HR programs and policies for the business that includes; talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training, organisational development and talent management.
As the HR Manager and reporting to the Operations Director, you will have responsibility for developing and maintaining HR policies in line with the organisational business objectives and the successful delivery of a full suite of HR services. With a view of HR as a value driver within the business, there is an opportunity for the successful candidate to help shape the future of the business whilst operating in one of the world's most dynamic industries. This is a unique opportunity to operate in a global structure and have responsibility for the successful start-up plant locally.
Preferably, the candidate will hold a Master's Degree in HR or a related discipline and be CIPD accredited with 6 to 10 years' working experience. You will have the ability to operate efficiently in a start-up environment and partner with leaders and colleagues of all levels in a collaborative and cohesive style. You will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and apply a solutions-focused and proactive method to HR initiatives.
