Job description

My client, a Dublin based IT Solutions provider who operate in commercial, financial, and state organisations, are seeking an IT Support Team Lead to join their team on a permanent basis. The right professional will have strong experience in IT engineering and be familiar with managing help desk support for multi-function operations. See an overview of role details below:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse team of support engineering professionals
  • Consistently deliver IT support services for customers and manage the delivery effectively
  • Provide strong leadership to a team of support engineers in a helpdesk support capacity
  • Ensure team performance is consistently to a first in class standard and clients expectations are met through delivery
  • Managing a multitude of customer escalation effectively and in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in a Helpdesk environment in a hands on capacity
  • Strong technical background in supporting end user devices
  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Windows 7/10, Active Directory, MS 365, Server 2102/2016/2019
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
