My client is a global leader in the Life Science field, based in Dublin. With a strong company ethos that values the employee experience. My client is continually involved in innovation and growth and they are looking to expand their global team by acquiring a new Key Account Support Executive.
As Key Account Support Executive, you will deliver admin support to the Key Account function.
This evolving role will be the first point of contact for a range of different teams within the business, and external stakeholders providing administrative support and coordination.
You will be responsible for general stock issues and the management of Acros, namely the development of the CRM tool and aiding with reports, price lists and trade directories.
This is an exciting role which branches out into the marketing function, you will be actively engaged in customer event management, CH sampling activation.
Internal customer support will interweave itself throughout the role, in terms of arranging and managing divisional meetings, coordinating monthly reports for sales teams, new line form set up and promotion form set up in addition to some ad hoc duties when required.
The ideal candidate would have 3+ years in a relevant Admin or Customer Experience position, it would be beneficial to come from an OTC or FMCG environment.
You would possess great communication and interpersonal skills, an affable and friendly candidate, ready to slot into an inclusive and engaging work environment.
