Job description

The Learning & Development Partner position focuses on implementing the Talent Strategy, enhancing learning and leadership development, and fostering professional and personal growth across the organization.

Reporting into the Group Head of Talent, this role involves collaboration with business leaders, managing third-party talent development programs, and overseeing key talent pools.

This role offers hybrid working with head office based in Co. Cavan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the Talent Strategy and Talent Management Systems roadmap.
  • Build relationships with business leaders and HR, managing third-party talent development partners.
  • Lead the design and implementation of learning and talent programs.
  • Develop communication strategies for talent and organizational development initiatives.
  • Provide insights from talent analytics to shape Talent Development solutions.
  • Support the Talent Management Cycle and manage key talent pools with succession planning.
  • Administer and analyze psychometric assessment processes for key talent.
  • Produce monthly talent management reports for various teams, including risk analysis and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Lead to shape the Employee Value Proposition.
  • Ensure compliance with Data Protection Policy and Data Retention Process.
  • Prioritize health and safety compliance in the area of responsibility.

Key Competencies:

  • Self-starter with a focus on building relationships and influencing others.
  • Passion for designing learning and development solutions.
  • Analytical mindset for deriving actionable insights from talent analytics.
  • Experience in talent/learning/development within a consulting firm or organization with strong talent practices.
  • Expertise in designing learning, development, and leadership programs.
  • Third-level degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or Social Behavioral Science.
  • Accreditation or qualification in CIPD, L&DI, Coaching, and desirable coaching or personality profiling tools accreditation.
