The M&A department of one of Ireland's Big 6 law firms seeks to recruit an ambitious corporate lawyer with 3-5 years' PQE. The team, which has had a leading role in the three largest transactions in Irish corporate history, acts both as lead counsel on local deals and as Irish counsel on high profile multijurisdictional work. The firm prides itself on its meritocratic and entrepreneurial environment.

You will work predominantly on big ticket corporate deals M&A deals in addition to providing high level strategic advice to corporate clients. In joining the largest department in the firm you will have a high career trajectory.

Basic salary will be at the upper end of the Irish market and the firm also has an extremely competitive bonus scheme. Suitable candidates will have between 3 and 5 years' PQE in corporate M&A gained with a Big 6, mid-tier tier or international firm in Dublin or with a City of London firm.
