We are looking for an energetic Marketing Support Executive who will play a key role in supporting and implementing the marketing strategy and positively promoting the HRM brand, along with developing inbound opportunities across business areas.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced marketing department that is focused on delivering engaging initiatives which support in shaping the brand and delivering on company goals.

You will also demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with all departments within the organisation. A flexible, hands-on approach is essential and you will be agile and solutions focused in your thinking.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Working with the Head of Marketing on planning, briefing, delivering and reporting on multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Delivery of communication plans, both internal and external, using a variety of available channels, while sourcing and creating content that will support key initiatives.
  • Executing marketing collateral development including surveys, reports, guides and corporate material, working with external suppliers on design and production.
  • Management of all digital channels (including updates, design, and user experience), including continuously reviewing and improving the company website for client experience and SEO elements.
  • Forming part of a new marketing platform and CRM implementation team to enhance customer experience, identify opportunities and create bespoke Marcoms for our customers, increasing customer retention and growth.
  • Ongoing management of the company database to ensure accuracy to maximise campaign return and drive growth of new desired organisations of interest to support business growth goals.
  • Ensure all usage of brand and logo adheres explicitly to brand guidelines and actively innovates and generates new ways to further brand awareness.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports which identify gaps and opportunities for brand building to new and existing customers.
  • Ownership of all internal events, ensuring seamless planning, risk assessment, troubleshooting and organisation.
  • Developing customer specific pitch and process collateral as needed.

The competencies you will bring:

  • This role requires a high level of attention to detail, co-ordination skills and the ability to multi-task across an array of BD and Marketing tasks.
  • Strong proof reading and copywriting abilities.
  • Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organisation skills, maintaining a view of the overall projects while meeting critical milestones.
  • Innovative and creative thinking.
  • Confidence using image manipulation tools.
  • Previous experience writing, editing and publishing high-quality content.


  • Marketing or business degree.
  • 2 years minimum in a marketing support role.
  • Experience and understanding of digital marketing and analytics.
  • Excellent written, communication and presentation skills.
  • A strong understanding of customer value.
  • Is self-aware, genuine and results oriented and demonstrates the ability to work towards short, medium and long term goals, balancing and committing to multiple agendas and tasks.
  • A highly organised and flexible person with ability to row into a wider range of tasks when required.
