Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive, will play a key role in supporting and implementing the marketing strategy and positively promoting the brand, developing inbound opportunities across business areas and regions.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Customer Experience, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, be passionate for the "art" of marketing. They will also be proactive with bringing ideas and efficient strategies to the marketing team and when engaging with all departments within the organisation.

A flexible, hands-on approach is essential, and you will be agile, and solutions focused in your thinking.

What you will do:

  • Planning, briefing, delivering, and reporting on multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Delivery of communication plans, both internal and external, using a variety of available channels, while sourcing and creating content that will support key initiatives and go-to-market campaigns.
  • Plans and executes longer term marketing collateral development including surveys, reports, guides, and corporate material, working with external suppliers on design and production.
  • Continuously reviews and improves company website for client experience via content, landing pages and SEO elements.
  • Manages the company database to ensure accuracy of all details and eliminate any gaps and conducts research that drives the build-up of new desired organisations of interest.
  • As a brand ambassador - ensures all usage of brand and logo adheres explicitly to brand guidelines.
  • Actively innovates and generates new ways to further brand awareness.
  • Produces weekly and monthly reports which identify opportunities for brand building to new and existing customers.
  • Ownership of all internal events, ensuring seamless planning, risk assessment, troubleshooting & organisation.
  • Providing support to operational aspects of the business including customer contact at key points in their journey in order to strengthen relationships and build the HRM brand through experience.
  • Contributes to wider functions by undertaking additional tasks as may be needed from time to time.

The competencies you will bring:

  • This role requires a great deal of attention to detail, co-ordination skills and the ability to multi-task across an array of business development and Marketing tasks.
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines and attention to detail is essential.
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise accordingly across various BD and Marketing work streams.
  • Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organisation skills, maintaining a view of the overall projects while meeting critical milestones.
  • Innovative and Creative thinker.

The skills you already have:

  • Marketing or Business degree.
  • 2 years minimum in marketing support role.
  • Experience and understanding of digital marketing [website management, SEO].
  • Experience in digital marketing platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram.
  • Excellent written, communication and presentation skills.
  • A strong understanding of customer value.
  • Is self-aware, genuine and results oriented and demonstrates the ability to work towards short-, medium- and long-term goals, balancing and committing to multiple agendas and tasks.
  • A highly organised and flexible person with ability to row into a wider range of tasks when required.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Quark Express and Canva.
