To accommodate these developments, our client is looking for a Senior Engineer of New Product Introduction to join their team.

The Role

The NPI Engineer will have full responsibility for driving NPI initiatives, best practices and implementing newly developed project plans into manufacturing operations. Responsibilities will include:

• Driving NPI core initiatives and best practices across on-going projects
• Collaborating effectively with R&D teams to develop NPI strategies
• Working cross functionally between development and manufacturing sites
• Implementing new ways of NPI operations
• Project Management

The Person

• 10 years' experience in medical device development or manufacturing
• BSc in Engineering or relevant field
• Experience in lean manufacturing tools and techniques
• Experience in project management in a manufacturing environment
