The high profile pensions group of this Big 6 law firm seeks to recruit an additional newly qualified solicitor to the team.
The successful candidate will advise corporates, public sector, semi state organisations, pension scheme trustees and employers on a range of complex issues including trust documentation, pensions restructuring, Section 50 advice, tax rules, Revenue manuals and interpretation of the Pension Acts and Regulations.
The firm has excellent learning and development structures which, along with partner mentoring, promote the development of its lawyers. Basic salary will be at the upper end of the Irish market and the firm also has an extremely competitive bonus scheme. Suitable candidates, who are due to qualify in April 2017 must have completed their training contract with a large commercial law firm in Dublin, Cork, London or Belfast. Candidates must have a strong interest in pensions law. Applicants will also be personable, team oriented and highly ambitious.
