The corporate department of this award winning Big 6 Irish law firm seeks to appoint a talented private equity and M&A lawyer to the team in Dublin. The team manages M&A and private equity deals across a broad range of industry sectors, clients include the major domestic and multinational companies in Ireland.

As several of the corporate partners are ex Magic Circle, the team has attracted some of the best lawyers returning to Ireland from London as well recruiting some outstanding lateral talent from the other Big 6 firms in Dublin. Collegiate, culturally diverse and business focused, in joining the team you will be fully involved in marketing and mentoring and will have a high career trajectory.

Suitable candidate will have gained 3 years' PQE in corporate M&A with a top tier firm in Dublin or London, though not essential, private equity deal experience would be advantageous. The successful candidate will also be team oriented, personable and ambitious.
