Production Engineering Manager

The Role

• You will report directly into the Supply Chain Director and take full ownership for end-to-end process from raw materials through to the manufacturing process.
• The role will have full responsibility for production and engineering department with this person having full ownership of production, Maintenance, Facilities, Utilities.

The Person:

• Strong people leader with the ability to influence change
• Strong technical knowledge of engineering and production.
• Understanding of Maintenance being a key advantage
• Management experience from a similar industry with dairy and food being preferred.
