HRM have exclusively partnered with a leading PLC in the delivery of 2 key programs within their Global Talent Development function. You will have specific responsibility for the existing programs: Early Careers and Global Leadership Team. This is a hybrid role with an agile working arrangement for this 6 month assignment. There is flexibility on number of days and start/finish times, with a very competitive daily rate.

The Role

• Lead end-to-end development and management of early careers and global leadership development initiatives.

• Collaborate with vendors to create a practical learning curriculum and experience.

• Design program aids and support materials for participants, managers, and stakeholders.

• Manage program communications and ensure timely delivery.

• Drive accountability for program execution with oversight of logistics which is supporting by a coordinator.

• Continuously improve content, impact, and business relevance.

• Manage program budget and collaborate with other departments for content integration.

• Present to program sponsors and can provide tangible results with the return on investment.

The Person

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Minimum 5 years of project/program management experience in early careers and leadership development, HR, or organisation development.

• Experience in learning & development, instructional design, and working in complex business settings.

• Excellent consulting and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong project management and communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint familiarity with event apps preferred.

Excellent support is provided to ensure the successful delivery of these projects. Headquartered in Dublin you will be required to work in their Dublin offices 1 day per week/fortnight.
