My client is one of the fastest growing nutraceutical companies in the world. Exporting to over 60 countries they now have requirements for a dynamic and highly organised Quality Assurance Manager to join their facility in North Cork.

The Position:

• Identify training needs and organise training interventions to meet quality standards
• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
• Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions
• Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
• Collect and compile statistical quality data
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
• Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
• Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
• Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
• Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
• Evaluate the adequacy of quality assurance standards
• Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
• Interpret and implement quality assurance standards

The Person:

• 3-5 years' experience in a quality assurance role
• Quality assurance and document control experience
• Third level qualification in Quality, Science, Engineering
