Job description

HRM have been retained by a global organisation, a leader in its field with a vast and diverse employee population across various geographical locations. They now seek a Total Reward BP Analyst to join their organisation. This is a newly created role. The Reward Business Partner Analyst will partner with the various business practices providing crucial reward advisory support.

Responsibilities to include influencing the reward strategy and making certain that the decisions made on reward, recognition and other internal pay schemes are executed flawlessly, along with the following:

  • Contributes to the design and development the reward strategy which encompasses best practice reward initiatives for compensation, benefits and wellbeing programs, ensuring the reward structures remain market competitive and relevant through identification of internal/external trends.
  • Provide support for implementing policies, processes, practices and tools, working with the HR team and the wider business
  • Support the delivery of the annual salary review and other internal pay schemes, including benchmarking, developing proposals, ensuring system delivery and implementation of recommendations etc.
  • Support the design and delivery of the employee recognition programmes as part of a holistic recognition strategy
  • Support the delivery of the Health & Wellbeing offering and ensuring this remains fit for purpose for future ways of working
  • Lead with and add insights to data and come up with ideas/solutions to potential and emerging problems
  • Contribute to /develop an insightful dashboard to share key data and trends with Senior leadership teams
  • Analysing external and internal data for benchmarking purposes, providing guidance to senior leadership in relation to Reward decisions and Health & Wellbeing offerings
  • Remain current on pay and benefits legislation
  • Support the development of an internal and external Reward network, through building relationships and managing related service providers
  • Collaborate and support HR colleagues, in particular HR Business Partners and Recruiters, on reward principles, processes and escalations, to ensure our reward principles are being applied consistently and appropriately
  • Focus on Reward outcomes that will have the biggest impact on the business.
  • Serve as a change agent, bringing in new and innovative ways of working.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Advanced excel skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Analytical aptitude and a strong interest in reward
  • Evidence of having dealt with busy workload in an organised manner, juggling multiple priorities and with attention to detail where there are competing project demands on workload and deliverables
  • Ability to maintain confidential information in a professional manner
  • Confidence to provide advice professionally and assertively to senior business leaders, both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrable business acumen and ability to think commercially.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Successful achievement of professional qualifications and/or education to third level degree where these can be shown to have played a significant role in career success to date
  • Strong analytical experience
  • Good practical knowledge of MS office skills in particular excel
  • A strong focus on availing of stretch opportunities to accelerate your own personal learning and mentoring others to do likewise.

Salary: up to €67,000 + Benefits including very strong hybrid working structure
