While there is no typical day, the activities you will engage in include:

• Working with marketing on communication initiatives.
• Meeting virtually with clients or in person when conditions allow, to take and understand a detailed briefing of their needs.
• Collaborating with our internal Research Team to map out search strategy and target talent pools.
• Assessing and shortlisting candidates.
• Programme management.
• Post assignment reviews with all stakeholders.

In addition to your client work, all employees at HRM engage in continuous improvement activities and extensive learning and development initiatives. This is particularly intensive in the first three to six months but will continue to support your personal career growth.

Our wellbeing programme provides ongoing support in several areas including the option to work three days from home per week or five days if you live outside of the great Leinster area. Compensation is highly competitive and includes monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities. Annual leave is generous, we operate a highly flexible working day for those that need time off at short notice or a slightly different working arrangement.
