A biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and delivering innovative new treatments to help improve the lives of patients with rare and orphan diseases, have a growing commercial business and a significant development pipeline. They have a new opportunity within their Clinical team for an experienced professional to join on a permanent basis.

The Role

Reporting into the Head of Clinical Development, as Senior Clinical Project Manager you will oversee the day to day activities of the clinical studies. You will act as a key point of contact for the overall development of the drug development strategy working directly with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best possible service.

The Person

In order to be considered you must have the following:

• A BSc / MSc in Science or related
• 5 years pharmaceutical experience in designing/developing clinical trials
• Clinical trial management experience, including CRO/vendor management, monitoring and management of budget, clinical site monitoring, and knowledge of basic data management / biostatistics processes and pharmacovigilance
• Experience working in or developing multidisciplinary teams to set up, and conduct clinical studies - ideally across EU and the US
