Senior HR Business Partner

Our client, an international health, life and disability insurance service providing health and protection services to global clients are currently developing their Human Resource team in Dublin and seeking a proactive, progressive and solutions focused HR Business Partner to join their fast-paced matrix organisation at a time of change, transformation and growth.

As the HR Business Partner, you will have responsibility for a range of operational and strategic initiatives in line with the HR agenda and strategy, these will include;

  • Collaboration with other functional areas to drive the HR agenda in areas of Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Performance Management and Development and Organisational Development.
  • Partnering, building and developing key stakeholder relationships across the organisation at a global level to ensure a positive company culture through organisational values and behaviours.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of effective HR policies and procedures and constantly drive continuous improvement HR processes and initiatives ensuring an active and efficient service delivery.

The ideal candidate for this critical role in the business will have at least 5 years in a similar position and have a background of working in a fast-paced, multi-national, matrix environment. You will also have experience in supporting a diverse range of stakeholders and showcase your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You will have the ability to demonstrate experience in coaching, mentoring and development of leaders and ensure best practice HR solutions are utilised at all times.

A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is required, an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and a qualified member of CIPD is also necessary.
