Our client, an international health, life and disability insurance service providing health and protection services to global clients are currently developing their Human Resource team in Dublin and seeking a proactive, progressive and solutions focused HR Business Partner to join their fast-paced matrix organisation at a time of change, transformation and growth.
As the HR Business Partner, you will have responsibility for a range of operational and strategic initiatives in line with the HR agenda and strategy, these will include;
The ideal candidate for this critical role in the business will have at least 5 years in a similar position and have a background of working in a fast-paced, multi-national, matrix environment. You will also have experience in supporting a diverse range of stakeholders and showcase your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You will have the ability to demonstrate experience in coaching, mentoring and development of leaders and ensure best practice HR solutions are utilised at all times.
A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is required, an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and a qualified member of CIPD is also necessary.
