This global healthcare manufacturing organisation in Cork is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic and operational support to the site. The role will be a blend of operational, project and strategy in a Continuous Improvement culture.
As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will hold full accountability for a number of business units (circa 300 employees) across multiple disciplines including Production, Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality.
Your role as Senior HR Business Partner is to be wholly absorbed into the business and understand the complexities of running a manufacturing operation to best support the business.
You will be responsible for managing complex employee relations issues and taking full ownership of same. You will work in the best interest of the employee and the organisation to ensure the best possible outcome is achieved with the highest levels of respect and integrity.
You will be responsible for key HR metrics including employee retention, attraction, absenteeism, workforce management, quality, succession planning, employee engagement and process improvements.
You will be relentless in your desire and capability of improving HR services to your business units and the wider organisation.
You will lead key HR projects both at site and global level. Your previous proven ability in this area is key.
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, or a related field is required. MBA/MSc is not essential but desirable.
A minimum of 7 + years of professional Human Resource generalist preferably in a manufacturing working environment.
Strong Employee Relations background required.
You will have the ability to influence at all levels, be assertive in your approach whilst taking others into account.
