My client, a large commercial bank, is currently seeking to hire a Senior HR Strategy and Change Manager to join their team to successfully deliver the HR Consultancy Practice project portfolio to best support the business strategy and people plan. Leading and delivering large and complex HR projects, you will provide direction, guidance and mentorship to a team of HR Management Consultants, providing coaching and management to develop the team to their fullest potential.
You will actively participate in shaping and delivering the People Plan and ensure that strategic priorities are aligned, clear and distributed effectively. Partnering with senior leaders and working in close collaboration with the HR Director, you will diagnose and design programmes that meet customer needs and add commercial value to the overall business.
To be considered for this unique opportunity, you will have previous experience in leading high performing teams and have a background in managing complex projects from inception, showcasing your project management, influencing and leadership skills. You will also have the ability to build capability and enhance individual and team performance demonstrating collaborative behaviour and critical people skills.
