Senior Manager (People Consulting/Business Consulting)

This opportunity is with a global organisation with multiple locations throughout Ireland. Joining the People Advisory team, the Senior Manager will be responsible for supporting several key areas across project management and organisation design for their client base. This is an excellent opportunity to lead complex transformation programmes across a range of industries.

The role

• You will ensuring long-term sustainability with clients and their organisations transformation programmes.
• Collaborating with the delivery teams and taking ownership of the deliverables for large scale transformation projects.
• Supporting in the delivery of key projects and workstreams, focusing on the areas of organisational design and change management.
• You will Liaise with multiple teams' stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally on a regular basis ensuring successful implementation of project plans.
• Creating organisation designs to effectively implement organisational solutions across the culture and behaviour of the overall organisation.
• Working closely with clients to identify future opportunities for colleagues and the overall internal network.

The Person

• You will have 4+ years' experience working in a consulting capacity.
• Degree qualified with relevant project management experience.
• Previous experience working and supporting teams to deliver organisation design, operating models, engagement and change.
• You will be able to demonstrate real impact within people advisory and have experience working with the relevant tools and project management methodologies.
• Strong experience of the full project lifecycle.
