Job description

The purpose of this role is to deliver the company's serialisation project across all countries within the designated timeline. Alongside this core project there are a number of initiatives this individual will be involved with across the site here in Dublin including a planned MES.

 

The Role:

 

Reporting into the Engineering Manager and serving as a key member of the Engineering Team, you will be a major contributor to all Engineering projects for this facility. In addition, you will:

 

  • Work within a dedicated Engineering Projects team
  • Support projects through FAT's, C&Q processes and Validation across the site
  • Generate project documentation as required
  • Possess detailed knowledge and proven experience working on serialisation processes
  • Prepare capital requests and project budget planning for presentation to Senior Management
  • Project tracking and reporting to up line management in terms project delivery, specifically performance, time and cost
  • Supervise project staff across each project
  • Support vertical ramp-up of projects and project handover to plant operations team, including providing training to colleagues
  • Identify gaps in manufacturing processes & lead continuous improvement projects


The Person:

 

  • Level 8 Degree in Engineering
  • 5 years relevant post qualification experience within a highly regulated business, preferably pharmaceutical sector
  • Expected to have a high level of knowledge across serialisation processes including number definitions, formats and integration of procedures
  • Strong Manufacturing background
  • Confident in presenting and communicating with stakeholders
