Job description

A large FMCG organisation with an expanding employee population and a global market leader in its field is currently hiring a new Senior Talent Management Partner to work closely with the Group Head of Talent and the wider HR function to drive an ambitious Talent Management Strategy. At a time of exciting growth and transformation, this is an interesting role for a professional within the Talent space to put their stamp on a newly created strategy.

As the new Senior Talent Management Partner, you will be a strong communicator, a passionate leader and an experienced professional with a real knowledge and enthusiasm for Talent. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

  • Designing and developing communication strategies for talent and organisational capability initiatives.

  • Providing insights and learnings from talent analytics to support workforce planning efforts.

  • Managing key talent pools via succession planning tools and development plans aligned to the overall Talent Strategy.

  • Liaising with the Learning function on the implementation of key learning and talent programmes for emerging leaders.

  • Supporting the organisational talent systems roadmap and supporting to refine the core competencies framework.

  • Supporting and defining the employee value proposition (EVP) for key talent and providing coaching support to emerging talent.

The Person

You will be a qualified HR / Talent professional with a third level degree in a relevant discipline and experience working in a fast-moving environment. Ideally, you will have worked in a robust Talent Management function with previous responsibility to design and development of Talent Management strategies and initiatives. You will have proven stakeholder management experience and be flexible to support all levels of the organisation. Experience specifically of Learning & Development, Succession Planning and Talent Development are important.
