The Opportunity

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter / Technical Recruitment Lead based in Munster but working on all Ireland projects and reporting to the Head of Practice (Science and Engineering Technologies) based in Dublin.

After 30 years of delivering into critical roles in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Bio-Tech and FMCG Manufacturing, we enjoy a blue chip set of customer relationships. As the sole Irish partner to IIC Partners, a top 10 global search network, we provide outstanding research backed services.

Our consultants work with clients to identify the optimum path to meeting a key talent need, be it through retained permanent or contract & interim assignments. They continue to work in close partnership with clients in order to achieve considerable customer success. As a senior member of the Science and Engineering Technologies Practice, your role will include being directly involved in regional and national planning, product/solutions iterations, customer success strategies and leadership of CI teams as described below.

Experience

  • You will have a technical / science or manufacturing degree and five years plus recruitment industry experience.
  • Experience in Account Leadership and Development is ideal.
