We are currently working with our client in their search for an experienced Strategic Accounts Director. This role will play a crucial part in developing and growing exceptional customer relationships and creating a clear vision for future business solutions on one of their main client sites.
- Take charge of operational excellence and implement best business practices within your domain, optimising service and value propositions to exceed performance targets.
- Managing and leading the Team across their integration solutions business.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of client needs and exhibit exceptional stakeholder relationship skills, with a paramount emphasis on client satisfaction and service excellence.
- Showcasing outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills, including commercial negotiations and identification of business development avenues.
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to enhance the client experience and identify areas for improvement.
- Prioritise top contracts and collaborate with Operations Directors to devise retention strategies that maximise business growth.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the industry landscape and competitor market trends.
- Proficiency in managing multiple service lines, encompassing both Soft and Hard.
- Holds a degree or possesses equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
- Strong commercial awareness and financial understanding, in particular the financial dynamics associated with retaining contracts.
- EHS experience is important for this role.
- Previous experience working in a senior-level role in the outsourcing marketplace.
- Demonstrate strong experience in managing multiple accounts and identifying growth opportunities.
- Holding a valid IOSH Managing Safety Cert is a plus.
