HRM Search Partners have partnered with a leading global food brand on the recruitment of a Strategic HR Business Partner to join their organisation and lead the Corporate HR function. Spanning 450 employees across departments such as Legal, Finance and Corporate Relations, this is a sophisticated organisation and HR function. Headquartered in Dublin, and through its global network, they inspire and forge best practice and consistently seek to drive change, never satisfied with standing still.

The Role

  • The HR Business Partner sits at the heart of driving growth and will focus on the three specific areas of Organisation Effectiveness, Talent and Performance Enablement.

  • Deliver intelligent, tangible and ambitious talent planning programs.

  • Build plans to drive optimum organisational effectiveness. Work with the HRD and partner with functional leadership teams to deliver the Organisation Effectiveness agenda, translating the business strategy.

  • Drive a diversity agenda using our core HR processes to deliver shifts that will enable business performance.

  • Work with the HRD and partner with functional leadership teams to build robust multi-year talent plans to drive engagement and performance.

  • Partner with the Centre of Excellence to support delivery and success of programs.

The Person

  • Strong HR background with experience in delivery of talent development and organisational effectiveness programs.

  • Ability to use HR data and analytics to diagnose trends and link to business performance outcomes.

  • Understanding of design principles and how they influence organisational design.

  • Understand what drives value for the business area you support and put effective interventions/recommendations in place to enable this.

  • Change and project management skills.

  • Advanced coaching and influencing skills.

The Reward

  • This is a 12 month contract available as an FTC or as a daily contractor. Excellent package/rates.

  • There is a strong opportunity to remain permanently with the organisation.

  • To note, the organisation operate a hybrid working policy - min 2 days work from home. As there is site presence required, you must be available to work in Dublin.
