The top drawer structured finance and derivatives group of this Big 6 law firm seeks to appoint a talented associate to its specialist team. The group advises domestic and international financial institutions and other market participants on a broad range of transactional and advisory work including new products; derivatives and repos; OTC markets and exchange-traded derivatives, securities lending; collateral arrangements and structured products. In joining the team, the appointee will also provide opinions on industry standard documents, legislation and regulatory requirements.

Suitable candidates will have gained 3-5 years' PQE in the structured finance and derivatives group of a top tier or Magic Circle firm in Dublin, London or the US. Candidates coming from an in-house structured finance background will also be considered.
