This leading FMCG organisation with growing operations are seeking an experienced Supply Chain professional to join their team on a permanent basis. This organisation is a market leader in its field, with manufacturing operations here in Ireland and distributing globally. The right candidate will have a good understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, while taking a continuous improvement and cost-effective approach to their work.

The Role

The Process Improvement Specialist will report directly into the Customer Relationship Manager and be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies, with the aim of streamlining processes with cost-effective and continuously improved outcomes. The position covers areas of Budget reporting, systems-based analytics and supplier relationship management.

The Person

The right individual will have 5+ years' industry experience, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt qualification, a strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP and MS suites) and strong leadership qualities. An individual with an analytical and forward-moving mindset, who seeks to continuously improve existing process/systems, would fit well into this role.
