One of Ireland's premier corporate law firms seeks to hire a talented lawyer to its market leading tax department. The department, which has a significantly larger offering than any other law firm in Ireland, has played a key role in the success of the firm over the last 20 years, with the tax department typically acting as lead counsel on significant transactions.

Technically excellent, extremely well resourced, and praised amongst clients for its "can do" approach, the department now seeks to appoint an ambitious lawyer to its booming group. The department advises on inward investment projects, cross border tax planning, corporate restructurings, M&A and Irish stamp duty matters - particularly in the context of global re-organisations.

Candidates, from newly qualified level up to 3 years' PQE will be considered from both a top tier law or accountancy firm background. Candidates with no tax experience who have a demonstrable interest in specialising in the area will also be considered.
