The right professional will be experienced across Unified Communications, legacy voice systems (Avaya) and AWS Connect. Responsibilities:

• Design complex voice solutions for Data Centre / Cloud site implementation
• Design and monitor the support functions for global operations
• Offer strategic input to Support system operations for the business
• Have responsibility for security, resilience, scaling, performance, and vendor engagement

Requirements:

• Architectural development of Voice solutions
• AWS Cloud and Avaya platform experience
• Experience in Unified Communications
• VoIP experience
• Good understanding of IP, MPLS and Ethernet Technologies
