Ireland's leading sports organisation is currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Training Manager to join their growing HR team on a permanent basis.
The nature of this newly created position is to provide initiatives for the organisation to boost training, development and learning to ensure that the organisation is fit for the future, while being responsible for the day to day management of the department. This position is focused on two key areas, Attraction & Recruitment and Retention & Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of the strategic plan ensuring department resources are utilised to appropriately support the requirements of the business.
The successful candidate will have 5 years' experience working within a Learning & Development position previously with experience creating and delivering learning content. A relevant third level degree in Education and Training/ Learning & Development is desirable.
