Following a series of strategic acquisitions across the EMEA region, our client sought a senior commercial director. The business required a proven executive with extensive manufacturing industry expertise and experience in high-growth, profit-driven environments. The appointee would have responsibility for accelerating organic growth and aligning commercial structures across a diverse and decentralised group of subsidiaries.

The organisation’s wide geographical spread posed significant challenge for this critical appointment.

We conducted targeted market research across key EMEA manufacturing hubs, mapping competitor organisations and identifying senior commercial leaders with experience operating in complex environments. Our approach focused on engaging executives with a track record of scaling revenue, integrating acquisitions and aligning regional sales organisations.
