We're Hiring Two Executive Search Consultants
HRM Search Partners is a leading global Executive Search organisation. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking to appoint two new Executive Search Consultants to join our business in Dublin.
These roles are ideally suited to experienced professionals interested in exploring a different career path and applying their expertise in a new way.
Responsibilities
Support and deliver end-to-end Executive Search assignments for senior and leadership roles.
Partner closely with the Managing Director of your business unit on the development of key skills and delivery of high value client experiences.
Develop deep client relationships by understanding business strategy, organisational design, and leadership requirements.
Drive business growth by expanding your network, identifying new clients.
In collaboration with our internal Research Team, conduct detailed market analysis, and manage targeted headhunting activities per project across multiple geographies.
Manage comprehensive candidate assessment processes, ensuring alignment on technical capability, leadership competency, and cultural fit.
Deliver a high-touch, professional stakeholder experience throughout confidential search processes.
Experience & Background
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in your chosen or related field.
Strong commercial awareness with an ability to build trusted, long-term client relationships.
Strong listening, organisational and influencing skills.
A learning mindset and natural curiosity.
