During a period of rapid growth and global HR restructuring, our client required a senior transformation leader to support enterprise-wide change. The organisation needed an individual with the capability to deliver complex transformation aligned to commercial priorities and long-term strategy.

The role demanded experience operating in M&A environments, the ability to manage complex change within a matrixed organisation and the skills to balance commercial priorities with workforce impact. Identifying a leader who could influence senior stakeholders throughout the transformation journey was critical to success.
