HR Business Partner (Cork)

Working with a leading Shared Services provider in Cork, the role of HR Business Partner has become available due to strong period of business growth. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work within a complex and ever changing environment where there is opportunity for career progression and personal development.

The Role:

Responsible for a Business Unit of 150 employees you will hold full responsibility for the performance development and care of all employees.

You will work closely with the team managers, operations leaders and Head of HR to drive performance to increase productivity and career development.

  • Manage all grievance and disciplinary issues and provide guidance for team managers.
  • Undertake clear and concise communication to ensure that all team members understand both their own goals in line with the business strategy.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives to increase productivity and increase retention
  • Provide HR analysis through the support of the HR services team in supporting decision making in matters relating to your business unit.

The Person:

You will have stamina and drive with the ability to work in a busy and demanding working environment. You will hold at least 3 years HR Generalist experience.

CIPD or similar qualification is required.
