We are recruiting a number of leadership opportunities with a large consulting organisation based out of their Dublin HQ. Due to continued growth, our clients are seeking experienced consulting professionals across their Business and Technology consulting practice groups. They are currently looking for a Director - Business / Technology Consultant to join their operation.

The Position

Key responsibilities include:

• You will work closely with senior leadership to identify new client opportunities while also acting as the point of contact to maintain existing key relationships.
• Managing large-scale transformation and digital technology implementations while advising C-suite stakeholders on best practices in order to digitalise their business.
• Partnering with key stakeholders of all levels while building and growing a high performing team of professionals through coaching and career development plans.
• Presenting and communicating both internally and externally to key stakeholders on a regular basis with a problem solving and solution orientated mindset.
• Providing end-to-end subject matter knowledge for your specific consulting function acting as the senior point of contact and industry SME.
• Leading the development teams on multiple projects with responsibility for gathering, developing and designing solutions for your client.
• Evaluating and selecting appropriate software and business processes while being able to provide suitable road maps to integration,

The Person

• You will have extensive experience in a strategic and transformation position within enterprise organisations.
• You will be client focused with experience presenting key strategies in a consulting capacity
• Experience leading teams of all levels with qualifications in project management methodologies being beneficial
• You will have experience working with large scale program delivery ideally coming from a big 4 or similar organisation.
