My client is offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a global company as a HR Business Partner. Reporting into the Head of HR, this role will sit in the Dublin city centre office and support over 500 employees in the business across Ireland.
You will work on both operational and strategic HR with key projects in learning and development, analysing needs and executing plans, and mobility and workforce planning. You will also advise on performance management as well as delivering engagement initiatives.
As an experienced HR Business Partner, you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a global company working closely with senior management in delivering key projects. You will hold a relevant qualification and possess strong knowledge of Irish employment law. You will be proactive and a strong team player with the ability to successfully mentor others.
