Reporting into the HR Director the HR Business Partner will join this forward thinking organisation in setting up a new HRIS system, a performance management agenda, engagement strategy and benefits plan. You will have key exposure to all aspects of HR with a primary focus on building a robust and innovative HR structure.
You will have an abundance of energy, and be keen to step into your next role. You will have a minimum of 5 years HR Generalist experience with a wealth of new ideas to bring to the table. Ideally you will have experience in HR systems and working on key HR projects.
