An international accountancy firm in Dublin city centre are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their growing team. The role will primarily support the tax and consulting function of the business in daily HR operations and key strategic HR projects.
Reporting into the Head of HR this role will offers excellent progression with exposure to the design and delivery of a retention and recruitment strategy, performance management, engagement and building key stakeholder relations internally and externally.
You will have a minimum of five years’ experience in HR with at least two years at Business Partner level. It would be highly desirable that this would have been gained in a professional services environment with a partnership structure. Further to this it is essential that you hold a relevant degree in HR and are confident working with Senior Management Teams.
