The high profile pensions group of this Big 6 law firm enjoys an excellent reputation in the Irish market and acts for corporates, public sector and former public sector clients, semi state organisations, pension scheme trustees and employers. With increased workflow the firm is currently seeking a bright junior associate to join their team. The team is pragmatic, business oriented, people focused and collegiate.
You will draft complex trust documentation, advise on reconstructing and reorganising pension schemes, provide Section 50 advice and daily expert opinion regarding critical pension related matters to both employers and trustees as well as advising on tax rules, Revenue manuals and interpretation of the Pension Acts and Regulations.
Basic salary will be at the upper end of the Irish market and the firm also has an extremely competitive bonus scheme. Suitable candidates will have 2 years’ PQE in pensions law gained either in private practice or in-house.
This outstanding opportunity will be remunerated appropriately and in line with the importance of the role.
