HR Manager

A worldwide market leading technology organisation with business lines across service assurance, cybersecurity and business intelligence are currently seeking an experienced, progressive and enthusiastic HR Manager to join their EMEA HR team to support the business through the people strategy.

The Role:

As the HR Manager, you will have responsibility for a range of people initiatives that will include; employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement and talent development. You will partner with the centres of expertise to deliver a flawless execution of the employee life cycle and actively implement the HR strategy and HR programs to continually emphasis a culture of progression, energy and advancement.

The Person:

To consider this HR opportunity, you will have at least 5 years’ experience within a similar position and be used to working within a dynamic and changing environment. You will be confident in your ability to deliver HR solutions, both operationally and strategically. As well as this, you will display drive, ambition and excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills. If you are coming from a matrix structure technology environment, it will be an advantage.
