A leading, award winning Irish energy utility organisation have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to support the company's continued growth and change programme. Playing a key role in supporting a dynamic environment, this vital role will deliver the full HR lifecycle that includes but is not limited to employee engagement, change management, recruitment, organisational design and supporting performance management.
As the HR Manager, reporting to the HR Director, you will have the responsibility in supporting and facilitating the businesses ability to deliver on its transformation programme and to reach its growth strategy with a focus on people priorities. This is a hands-on role for an individual with a strong operational background who is used to working in a fast-paced environment and working to defined milestones.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR professional, CIPD qualified and have an up to date knowledge of employment law. You will have strong commercial focus along with experience of day to day operational HR and HR planning with the ability to work autonomously and take a creative and proactive approach to problem solving.
You must showcase your resilience and possess strong influencing, communication and organisational skills along with a customer focused approach. A candidate with high standards, objectivity and integrity in decision making will be suitable for this culture and environment
