EMEA Payroll Manager – FTC

Our client, a high performing, team based multinational biopharmaceutical company are seeking a Payroll Manager to join their organisation on a 10-12-month contract basis.

The Role

Within this role, you will be responsible for managing the payroll function and processes for up approximately 500 Europe based employees. In this role, you will also be responsible for:

  • Supervising 2 Payroll Analysts
  • Managing and resolving all payroll issues
  • Focusing on continuous improvement and standardisation of payroll operations
  • Managing and overseeing all aspects of risk management
  • Implementing salary sacrifice arrangements
  • Providing clear analysis to management and negotiate with benefit providers to secure best value for both the company and employees
  • Experience dealing with employees who perform their duties within more than one tax jurisdiction
  • Preparing and returning annual year end declarations
  • Experience with running payroll processes and share options/RSU’s in EMEA
  • Delegating workload to the team
  • Supporting the annual audit

The Person

To be considered, you will:

  • Be IPASS qualified
  • Possess 3+ years’ in a similar role/environment
  • Have a strong understanding of EMEA payroll taxes
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Have strong supervisory skills
  • Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

The Benefits

Salary: Up to €80,000
