Job description

Our client is a leading player in the healthcare sector, dedicated to improving patient outcomes and delivering top-quality healthcare products. They are hiring a Senior Business Transformation Manager to manage a full ERP transformation across multiple sites, based out of their headquarters in Dublin. Due to the scale of the project, they are hiring this role on a 3-year fixed-term contract basis.

The Position

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP within the wider business, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Leading a team of SMEs to devise the change management roadmap and cutover, owning and executing the full plan.
  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets, while managing resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in cross-functional teams to define business requirements and design SAP solutions that optimise internal processes.
  • Oversee the configuration, customisation, and integration of SAP modules to meet business needs.
  • Responsible for enabling the cutover workstream, ensuring the plans are integrated into the wider program.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Developing and leading training solutions for all end-users to ensure an efficient and effective transition to the new systems.
  • Continuously assess and improve SAP processes and functionality to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.

The Person

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale SAP transformation programs, preferably within supply chain management.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Relevant SAP certifications and experience with SAP S/4HANA are highly desirable.
